Equine Board:

-Indoor ( Stall)

-Outdoor (Pasture)

Training:

-English, Western, Showmanship, Longeing, and Strating Under Saddle

$300.00/ month *DOESN'T INCLUDE BOARD*

 

Lessons:

-Group/ Private, my horse or yours.

$30.00/ hour

*Clients may trailer in for $5.00 extra (to bring a horse not on the farm you must have proof of current coggins and be up to date on all shots.)

 

Clipping:

-Full Body *PRICE WILL VARY* $100.00/ horse average. Good tempered horses.

-Show Ready; ears, face, bridle path, and legs

$40.00/ horse

 

Consulting:

-Show Clothes, Shoppnig for Horses, etc.

$20.00/ hour

 

Grooming/ Working (Maintenance Program):

-Will get your equine out 4-5 times/ week to brush down and lunge/ ride for an hour (minimum)

$200.00/ month *DOESN'T INCLUDE BOARD*

 

On-Site Leasing:

-Client pays for: Farrier work and vet (vaccinations/ coggins/ teeth) *Equine to stay on premises, can be taken to shows within 100 miles*  ONE YEAR MINIMUM.

$450.00/ month *INCLUDES INDOOR BOARD

 

Partial Leasing:

-Rider can lease a horse for an hour at a time, no other costs included. MUST SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE.

$20.00/ hour

 

Sale of Horses:

-Helping in the sale of your horse, I will create flyers with pull off numbers to hang up at feed/ tack stores, as well as internet ads that will include a video of the horse (me or owner riding whichever is preffered), along with me showing your horse to prospective buyers.

$200.00 OR, if the sale price is above $4,000.00, then 5% of the final sale price will be reqired payment.

 

Catching and Holding Fee:

-When the farrier/ veterinarian arrives for services.

$10.00/ horse

 

Medications:

-First Aides treatment, wrapping legs, "Bute", colic treatments, and de-worming.

*Will  be billed to Client*

 

Clinics:

-1/month, different discipline/ style/ seat/ category each time

-10 Riders MAXIMUM, Spectators Welcome. *Can Haul-In*

Hauling:

$.50/ mile
